Owner/stylist
Hi, I’m Cheyenne, the owner. I have been in the industry since going to EWCTC and CWCTC while in high school. I started working hands on in a salon in 2016 and have been dedicated to my work and clients ever since.
I’m happiest when my girls and our clients are happy and having the best experience in the salon! My passion is directed towards natural, blended and dimensional colors and hair extensions! I love making a beautiful transformation happen.
JENNA
Stylist
Jenna is one of our stylists at the salon and she brings so much passion into the salon. She inspires everyone to be the best version of themselves and to better our skills. Her dedication to her clients and her business is admirable. She has been working in the industry for over 10 years, exploring all the opportunities she can! Her passion is balayage and lived in colors and hair extensions that give her clients the maintenance that works best for them.
JENIFER
Lash & brow artist
Our most recent addition to the salon is Jenifer! She went to school to get her esthetician’s license and perused eyelash and eyebrow services. She is new to the area but isn’t new to the industry. Jenifer is spunky and brings so much fun everywhere she goes. Her work is exceptional and shows so much dedication to her success! You won’t be disappointed in Jenifer’s chair!
SALON POLICIES
We cherish all of our clients at Sage & Oak Hair Company, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. We also have these policies in place to ensure our stylist’s schedules and income is not affected. Take a quick read. If you have any questions, please reach out.
• Please be sure to arrive at your appointment time. If you are 15 or more minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, we may have to perform an abbreviated service or may not be able to service you that day and you will ask to reschedule.
• If you do not show up to your appointment we will charge an 80% fee for not showing to your appointment. If you have no showed up to 2 or more appointments we will not be able to service you as a client
• We understand that life can throw curve balls at any time, but we ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours in advance. (that may give us just enough time to fill that spot) If you cancel or reschedule your appointment after the 48 hour time frame, we will require a 50% rescheduling fee.
• We do not give refunds on hair services. If you are unhappy with the service, please reach out to the salon or your stylist within 5 days of your service date. We will do what we can to rectify the problem as quickly as possible. (Please keep in mind that our books are very full and will get you back into our books as soon as we possibly can.)
• If you need to return or exchange hair products, we have a 14 day return policy. We can not take back product that has been used 50% or more.
•We require that any extension client use the hair that we provide, for we are certified in those company’s and stand behind their quality.
